Body Jam Classes I Go To The Gym And I Been Doing This Class And It's Call Body Jam. Well You Dance. Well What I Want To Know

I go to the gym and i been doing this class and it's call body jam. well you dance. well what i want to know - body jam classes

I lose it while dancing, weight. Is this true and advise the work that I did not perform on the main floor to other tasks outside.
